Foundation for Education Excellence is a registered society in the state of Karnataka for promoting various engineering and management related activities. It started the operations in the year 2003. The core team of the society is from streams of engineering, management, scientists, academicians, and from research establishments in India and abroad. Ever since its inception it has contributed the professional expertise in the form of conducting various Technical seminars and workshops for various organisations private and public sector and engineering colleges. We are also collaborating and synergizing with various organization to bring about a broader outlook in the fields of engineering, management, emerging technologies like, Nano, Bioinformatics, bio medical, power and energy. We are also looking into the social issues like shortage of water, it remedies, and scientific methods for harvesting rain water, by conducting national and international seminars.
The strength of our programmes in terms of relevant in quality has been enhanced tremendously through our networking through various organisations, thus creating a synergistic value addition to the programmes designed and executed by us. This will enhance the participants to have an identity of the programmes, objectives, content and she/he obligate can attend the programme with basic information and also backed up by specific queries or concerns related to implementation of the issues / strategies to be covered during the training programme and contribute effectively in the making of training programme, mixed participations to the higher degree of interactive learning. A decade has passed since the First International Conference “Team Tech” was organized by FEE in 2004. It is timely to pause and reflect on the accumulated knowledge. While there is no appropriate definition of the ‘Gold Standard’ to measure the efficacy and outcome of these technology promotion events, these events have been successful in creating an ecosystem for engineers and technologists to nurture harmony through Networking and Collaboration finally resulting in enhanced professional networking and more efficient collaborative projects.
The backbone of the contextual-based Concordance Model is the Participant and the cornerstone of engagement is Professional Empathy.
FEE has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and organizing these events with the focus/core objective being networking all stakeholders to identify revolutionary technology areas and collaborating to solve real life challenges of global needs. FEE, established by eminent personalities from diverse professional fields, has been successful in achieving the defined objectives. Its journey has been exhilarating, with challenges in achieving the intended objectives; and the fountainhead of fortitude for the team to complete the substantial work has been the overwhelming support and encouragement received from well-wishers including you, the reader. The journey has not been simple and straight forward; the accomplishments are based on the voluntary efforts by thousands of well-wishers who have devoted their spare time and professional connects out of passion to help build alignment between our goals and effort. Starting off as TEAM TECH, and metamorphosing into the INDIAN TECHNOLOGY CONGRESS, the team has learnt a lot and has gained substantially through networking. Our achievements and the key learning are chronicled in this unique Publication. Thanks to all the contributors, FEE has charted the pathway to offer easy access to International Engineering and Technological Expertise which was a rarity at that point in time. The promise of those early days has been brilliantly fulfilled over the last 18 years.
